Fiji's Osea Kolinisau scores a try in the men's rugby sevens gold medal match between Fiji and Britain during the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
Fiji won the first Olympic medal in its history Thursday by beating Great Britain in the final of the inaugural men's rugby sevens competition.
Competing at its 14th Summer Games, the rugby-mad nation took the gold after registering a 43-7 victory at the Deodoro Olympic Park.
The bronze medal went to South Africa after it earlier defeated Japan 54-14.
