Kanye West is not keeping up with the Kardashians.
The 39-year-old is living separately to his wife and children, according to Us Weekly.
The rapper was released from hospital on Wednesday where he had spent ten days after suffering a breakdown.
But instead of going home to his family, he is staying at a rental house 'while receiving outpatient treatment', the mag reported.
A source confirmed to People: 'He is receiving outpatient care else with a medical team'.
'Kim still seems concerned but is supportive. They don’t know for how long Kanye will need outpatient care.'

The revelation comes the same day a 25ft Christmas tree was delivered to the Bel-Air home they normally share.
The day he was released the family held a mini celebration there, for his return as well as a pre-celebration for youngest son Saint who turns one on Monday.

Kim and Kanye's marriage is reportedly feeling the strain of all the drama that unfolded recently - even for a reality TV family - which began when Kim was robbed at gunpoint during a stay in Paris.
Since then, Kanye's behaviour had become more an more erratic, as he became prone to outbursts during his concerts before he cancelled all the remaining dates on his Life of Pablo tour.

This culminated in his breakdown almost two weeks ago, when he was rushed to UCLA Medical Center handcuffed to a gurney.
He spent ten days being treated for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.
One source told Us Weekly that the robbery had taken its toll on their marriage, even before Kanye's breakdown.
'It’s just been hell for them,' the said. 'Kanye’s behavior took a huge toll on their marriage.

'But Kim feels relieved he is getting the help he needs. She thinks this is what it will take to save him — and help their marriage.'
But following his discharge, another source reported Kim was now 'really stressed out'.
'Everyone is trying to pitch in and help her out to relieve some of that and everything she’s going through,' the said.
While Kim had spent much of his stay by his bed, she did not bring three-year-old North and 11-month-old Saint with her.
'She is very worried about the kids being around Kanye,' People's source claimed.
